    conflicts conflicts everywhere

    another week has passed
    theres a lot that has happened.....
    conflict here and there
    its inevitable
    tempers flare easily when everyones confined in a tightly supervised environment
    pple can flare up over trivial thing
    theres a saying
    the pen is mightier than the sword
    in this case
    ur mouth or ur speech

    gosh.......
    for the past couple of weeks some conflicts have arisen
    some guys cant get along with each other
    one spark can lead to a huge arguement
    and possibly full fledged fist action
    but luckily that has been avoided
    within my section alone got some very hot tempered people
    makes it hard to live in peace

    theres a 17 year old whose going to ord next april
    school dropouts
    1 non virgin or so he claims
    smart kids who secure places in uni
    some even in usp program
    one guy whose voice hasnt broke
    sibei garang
    sibei slack
    sibei sianz ( cough cough)


    one big mixed bunch of mono intake plus tekong guys( roughly 60% ) make up platoon 9
    we're not that close yet compared to 7 and 8 which is mostly mono guys only

    aniway my point is........
    i just dont really feel particularily close to anione
    im like okay with everyone
    but havent really found close buddies yet?
    or is it just my character

    the sgts have noticed it
    even my pc....
    why....

    nvm
    another thing
    conflict between sgts and men
    men want welfare
    sgts want to ensure discipline
    the two dont mix

    "must there always be punishment to ensure discipline"
    i quote one of my sgts who believes in another approach rather than whacking stright away?
